Dear Sisters, |
||||
|
Thank you all for coming and giving a warm welcome to our Grand President, Barbara LoConte. Thank you to the Committee for a wonderful evening. The dinner was delicious, the decorations fantastic, and the distribution of the candy hearts was a nice accent to the evening allowing us to raise more money for the Make a Wish Foundation. Hope to see you at our March meeting. |

Grand President's Dinner Wow!
I'd like to thank all of my YLI sisters for attending the
Grand President's Dinner. We had 47 attending. Great! The
cost of the dinner and raffle was $130. We turned in the advance
of $100 and $141.50. We also gave $121 to the Grand President's
project, Make a Wish Foundation. There is now a grand total
of $529 in that project account. Most of all I want to thank
Les Collier and Carol Barca for Greeting everyone; Norma Ferraiuolo
and Rose Healy for selling all the raffle tickets;
and a big thank you to my committeePatti Reardon, Cille
Ibbotson, Dolores Latawski, and Rosie Moreno. Thank you! |

It's been Plum Fun! We
are grateful to our volunteers and all those who have supported
our plum cake baking and sales at the Dried Plum Festival.
We thank you all for fifteen terrific years and a million
great memories. |

| Prayers are requested for Marjorie Davies who passed away on February 3 and Deacon Eldon Vignery's sister-in-law, who passed away February 19. Please continue to pray for our servicemen being deployed to protect our country, for the end of violence in our cities, and for all people of all cultures to live in peace and harmony. Continue prayers for Bishop Quinn. | ||
