This is your opportunity to provide input on behalf of our parish to our parish leadership and the Pastoral Council. There will be short meetings immediately after the weekend Masses of April 23 & 24. This is an opportunity for you to offer ideas on the questions below and to let us know how to proceed on the development of the Pastoral Plan for 2006. Please make any notes you wish on this flyer and bring to it to the meeting or give it to our parish facilitators in the Parish Hall Dining Room. Please note: these are open-ended questions to purposely generate your personal input. Esta es su oportunidad para proveernos con sus ideas que serán transmitidas desde nuestra parroquia a los lideres del Consulado Pastoral. Habrá reuniones breves después de las misas del 23 y 24 de abril. Esta es una oportunidad para que usted ofrezca sus ideas a las preguntas en este cuestionario que nos hará saber como proceder en el desarrollo del Plan Pastoral para el ano 2006. Por favor escriba todas las notas que quiera en este cuestionario y tráigalas a la reunión o deséelas a los facilitadores de la parroquia en el comedor del salón parroquial Note que las preguntas se han hecho abiertas a propósito para generar sus ideas personales.

  6. Select and fill out the appropriate areas.
  7. Send the message.
  8. OR, you can print the form, fill it out and mail or drop off at the Parish Office
