Jog-A-Thon Huge Success

The students at St. Isidore Catholic School once again raised over $10,000 for their school and had a fun day inside the parish hall where the event was held because of unexpected rain. Students ran to the sounds of music and cheered each other on, including Mrs. Stawpert and Mrs. Flores who walked with every class logging over 194 laps. The tie-dyed shirts were a celebration of having the Jog-A-Thon for 10 years and raising over $100,000 during this time. Thank you to everyone for continuing to help and support this event.

The rally was held and the students received raffle prices for their efforts and medals for the most laps run for each class. Kindergarten and 5th grades won $50 each for their class for the most money raised per student while 2nd and 6th grades won $50 for the most laps run per student. Jake Larsen won the Early Bird Prize for a $100 shopping spree at the Yuba City Mall.

Here I go!
