What makes St. Isidore so Special?

Frequently I am asked what makes St. Isidore Catholic School so special. The answer is rather simple—it’s the people. The people who are at St. Isidore School provide a wonderful place where youth and experience come together for the singular purpose of learning about life and living.

There is no one person or group who can take credit for the success of our school. The staff at St. Isidore is hard-working, creative and energetic. They work together constantly sharing and learning as a team. Parents and parishioners are actively involved and can be seen in the classrooms, in the office, in the library, and in the yard. They stand behind all that we do and their support is invaluable. The Diocese provides opportunities for staff development and support. Everyone works together in the best interest of the children and this spirit can be seen throughout the school.

St. Isidore School is a place that makes you smile. It is a place that puts a smile on my face as I come to work every day. The children are enthusiastic and love to learn. They are full of stories about exciting things that they’ve done and their hopes for the future.

I am privileged to be the principal of the community of St. Isidore Catholic School and to be able to observe their interactions is very rewarding. At St. Isidore School, we believe the education we offer is the foundation upon which students build their dreams.
