Lumberjack Work Day
September 11, 2004

Thank You!
Our Knights of Columbus Council #5978 held the Lumberjack Parish Work Day on September 11, 2004. We had approximately 15-20 members helping to trim the hedges on the driveway, removing all the fir trees between the trailer and the convent, grass-cutting (by some members' sons) and trimming a large fir tree by the track . Joe Patane saved us a lot of extra lifting and hauling due to his providing a front-end loader. Chef Tom Vanevenhoven did the cooking. Even with the temperature being in the 90's we all made it through. Thank you everyone for being there and making our church/school grounds look so outstanding. May God bless you for helping, but most of all thank you for being great knights and belonging to our Council.

Grand Knight

We're sooo tired watching these guys work!
Special Thanks to Bob Guerin for the pictures
