Tootsie Roll Drive 2003

On the weekend of October 17 -19 the St. Isidore Knights of Columbus Council #5978, as part of a commitment to social justice issues in our local area, conducted their annual Tootsie Roll drive. Funds raised from this program are dedicated and provided to programs that support the developmentally disabled in the Yuba City/Marysville area. Below are pictures of our Brother Knights and Volunteers who helped get out the message and received donations. Thanks also go to our local merchants for allowing us to provide this important ministerial event on their grounds to our local community.

	Pictured on left is T.J. Setters, of our local Special Olympics organization, receiving a check for over $1300 that was obtained from the Tootsie Roll Drive of 2003. On the right we see our Brother Knights arriving and settling in for the Check Presentation Meeting.
