Tootsie Roll Drive 2002

On the weekend of October 18 -20 the St. Isidore Knights of Columbus Council #5978, as part of a commitment to social justice issues in our local area, conducted their annual Tootsie Roll drive. Funds raised from this program are dedicated and provided to programs that support the developmentally disabled in the Yuba City/Marysville area. Below are pictures of the funds we earned this year being awarded to Harlan & Karen Vikre, respectively President and Secretary of the Yuba-Sutter Council for the Retarded.

These pictures are followed by others showing how much fun it is for a bunch of brother Knights to volunteer to help others! Thanks go to Albertson's, BelAir, and Raley's markets and Value Village for allowing this important event to take place on their grounds.
Also, thanks to Bro. Bob Guerin for taking the pictures!
