REGISTRATION PROCEDURES
A. Registration: All students must register for class each year.
B. Fees: $40.00 per child; 2nd child, $35.00: 3rd child, $30.00,(scholarship might be available)
C. Confirmation fee: $40.00
D. Baptismal Information: A Baptismal Certificate is required for all children preparing to celebrate First Reconciliation and First Holy Communion and all those who register for the first time.
E. Change of Address/Phone: Please notify the office of any change of address and/or telephone number (home or work) immediately to the Parish office, so that the staff will be able to contact you in the event of emergency involving your child/children.
F. Arrival: Children should report to their classroom 10:30 a.m. on Sundays, 7:00 p.m. on Mondays, and 4:30 p.m. on Tuesdays.
G. Pick up: Children should be picked up directly after classes; 12:00 noon on Sundays, 8:00 p.m. on Mondays and 6:00 p.m. on Tuesdays.
A. Absences: Promptness and attendance in every class and session is important for the sake of understanding and development of faith in our children. If it is necessary that your child/children will miss a class or session, please call the office in advance. Parents/guardians will receive a call for any unexcused absence. If your child/children cannot attend classes on a regular basis, please call and infor the office of the reason for irregular attendance.
B. Early Release: If for any reason your child has to leave the class or session before dismissal time, a dated written request or authorization sighed by the parent or guardian is required. Children will only be released to parents, guardians or persons annotated on the emergency card.
