REGISTRATION PROCEDURES
A. Registration: All students must register for class each year.
B. Fees: $40.00 per child; 2nd child, $35.00: 3rd child, $30.00 (scholarship might be available).
C. Baptismal Information: A Baptismal Certificate is required for all children preparing to celebrate First Reconciliation and First Holy Communion, Confirmation and all those who register for the first time.
E. Change of Address/Phone: Please notify the office of any change of address and/or telephone number (home or work) immediately to the Parish office, so that the staff will be able to contact you in the event of emergency involving your child/children.
F. Arrival: Children should report to their classroom at 8:30 a.m. on Sunday, 4:30 p.m. on Tuesdays, and 6:00 p.m. on Fridays.
G. Pick up: Children should be picked up directly after classes; 10:00 a.m. on Sunday, 6:00 p.m. on Tuesdays and 7:30 p.m. on Fridays. Students Kindergarten to 4th grade: parents will be required to sign the students in and out of class.
A. Absences: Promptness and attendance in every class is important for the sake of understanding and development of faith in our children. If it is necessary that your child/children miss a class or session, please call the office in advance. If a student has three or more unexcused absences during the year, the student will meet with Father before receiving the Sacraments. (This applies to students in Sacramental Preparation Classes only).
B. Early Release: If for any reason your child has to leave the class or session before dismissal time, a dated written request or authorization signed by the parent or guardian is required. Children will only be released to parents, guardians or persons annotated on the emergency card.
