Echoes of Faith

The increase of students for our Confraternity of Christian Doctrine (CCD) and Religious Education programs compels us to respond to the needs of students and the needs of volunteer catechists.
In the light of this pastoral need of our parish, we are providing the opportunity for our Catechists and Parishioners to pray and to enrich their faith and knowledge of our Catholic faith. Central to the catechetical ministry is the ongoing formation of Catechists. We highly appreciate their willingness to share in the teaching ministry of the Church as Catechists. And so, we would like to offer this program to them as a response to the basic requirement for Certification Approval as certified catechists.
Echoes of Faith is a basic level, video assisted resource for the formation and enrichment of catechists. It is composed of a series of videos, each with a related companion booklet. In addition, the lecturers will deepen their topics and will share their knowledge and experiences. Following is an outline of the program's content.

- Theological Modules [ISS, Liturgy and Sacraments, The Creed, The Catholic Moral Theology, Prayer and Spirituality]
- Catechetical Modules [The Catechist]
- Methodological Modules [Methods]
Lecturers’ Team: Fr. Francisco, Fr. Martin, Seminarian Jhay and others.
Orientation to the program will be on October 5, Monday and classes will officially start on the October 12. Classes are held on Mondays at 6:30-8:30p.m. in the Parish Hall Conference Room.
